To my utmost gothy shame I produced something very colorful for the second time this year: it´s a friendship bracelet for dhs daughter who has turned ten this week. I used to make those all throughout my teenage years and wear them until they fell apart to pieces. There are basically no limits to what colors to use and which designs to combine. A few years ago I made some in black/grey/white but even I have to confess (ahem, shame on me) they look much cooler in bright colors. Funny thing, I didn`t lose any skill level in making them over the years but rather *gained* a few xp-points while *not* practising how to make them (which would be totally impossible if life really was an rpg!). This one (16 strands) was made on the fly and *very* quickly in the time (read: minutes) between chores, yet looks neat.
