News from the knit dress front

Yes, it´s still happening and on a good way to be finished soon enough to be worn this winter. Over theh last weeks I´ve had a hard time finding a spot to knit, be it only for a few minutes/stitches BUT the main of the dress is completed and sown together by now. What I´ve been anticipating as the fun part of this piece really was: picking up the stitches at the bottom, joining them to round and thus attaching the skirt is fun but will also take a serious amount of time since stitches are added all way round, making the rows larger and larger and larger!

Here´s a pic what it looked like a few days ago: The green is much more vibrant and you can see my improvised waste-yarn marker for the round (why buy one). Trying it on showed that it´s really dang warm which is perfect for the chilly temperatures we´ve got here at the moment.
