Patchwork blanket: The photos

Just after my last post I realized I posted no pics of the finished object, how uncool is that!! So, here they go:Closeup and impression on what the completed blanket looks like. I just love the mushroom fabric for the back/lining! Overall, it was well worth working on it for approximately one month. I´m still determined to do my next patchwork object -if I´m going to make one again- all by hand without machine stitches. Hand sewing is so much more suitable and fitting for this technique.
