In praise of plarn

To get all those plastic bags recycled I decided to cut them up and wind them to a giantic ball of PLARN as explained on this site. Since ages I´ve taken efforts to reduce our waste, starting at the store through looking closely how stuff is wrapped/packed. But only now that I´m at home with the little owlet I get the chance to really act out the approach I´ve been wanting to do for so long. Even if it´s only small steps like using up those flimsy plastic bags for some craft project that will result in one durable, reuseable shopping/grocery bag.
