Upholstered baby chair - the mushroom edition

With the help of dh´s babysitting superpowers I managed to make this one within what was about 2 hours time. There are hardly a few scraps left of the mushroom fabric and in my stashing fantasies I´m lusting after a whole bolt of this stuff:-D! (Have to resist though, all those mushrooms would make me go "badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, mushroom, mushroom" much to the disliking of my social environment).

It´s cute and functional and once it was all finished and had survived the first use as little owlet perch, we gladly threw away the original beary, yellowy *thing from another world*. It´s so good to have been able to finish one piece in one day and to have made something for once that´s actually useful on an everyday basis.
