Gothic black lace scarf finally finished!!!!1

I can´t really believe it that it´s all done after close to one and a half years of on-and-off crocheting, baby-baking, baby-tending and freelancing in between. Yesterday evening I sat down, rather spontaneously, and finished the lace edging which was not a big task but had to be done in order to bind off. It was the first project featured on my blog and it was always on my mind as the one thing I´d have to do before beginning anything else while doing the things with the 1***priority (like, a baby blanket:-D).

Oh, nostalgia *sigh*!

This is what it looks like this morning, sitting on my dining table:
All neatly folded up and waiting to bei either blocked or until autumn in the likely case I´m not too motivated to block. I´t long enough to be not only a gothy scarf but also something to wrap around your head in case you forgot your cap which is just what I aimed for. Can´t stop swooning over it right now, I´m so happy to have it brought to a good finish.
